In May, 64 trains were opened, a year-on-year increase of 117.4%, of which 51 were returned, a year-on-year increase of 246.2%, and the monthly operation and return volume reached a record high, continuing to promote the stable transportation of imported goods such as electrolytic copper and agricultural products. Xuzhou Express further approached the development of local industries, strengthened export trade services, and served Xuzhou's local exports in May increased by US$10 million compared with the previous month, an increase of 64% month-on-month, and realized the settlement of Xuzhou China-Europe Express freight through digital RMB for the first time, taking solid steps in digital transformation and convenient services. Suzhou train to open the free trade zone, cross-border e-commerce and other brands as the focus of strength, focus on strengthening the protection of Suzhou's foreign trade, continue to promote power tools, CNC lathes and other "Made in Suzhou" products to go abroad through the China-Europe train, from January to May this year carried 4,700 cross-border e-commerce goods, with a total value of more than 10 million yuan. On the basis of the smooth operation of the 15,000th two-way folio train, Lianyungang train focused on strengthening the organization of eastbound transit trains in Central Asia, on the one hand, stabilizing the return trip of traditional cargo sources such as ferroalloys and lead-zinc ingots, and on the other hand, focusing on promoting the landing of the results of the visit to Central Asia, strengthening the transportation of newly developed goods such as gold concentrate and wheat bran, and achieving a significant increase in the return trip in May. On the basis of stabilizing the outbound journey and serving local enterprises, the Wuxi successive train began to run the return journey in the second quarter, adding new momentum to the two-way balanced development of the province's train. In addition, our province also made further efforts in the export transportation of JSQ type commodity vehicles in May, and shipped 5 special trains for the export of commodity vehicles in the direction of Central Asia in that month, initially realizing the weekly shift, leading in the eastern region.
